I booked this last minute and didn't know what to expect, but the guided tour plus the 15-minute blending session made for a lovely, fragrant afternoon in Grasse. The perfumer guiding us was patient and the hands-on part felt way more personal than a standard museum visit.
I wasn't sure what to expect from a 15-minute workshop, but the guide's pacing was spot-on and we left with a much better grasp of how perfumers layer notes. The visit itself was beautifully organized, and the hands-on sniffing session made it feel like a real peek behind the curtain.
The 15-minute workshop is short but surprisingly hands-on — you get to blend your own cologne and sniff raw ingredients while the guide explains the process. Touring the historic workshop afterward added real context, and I left with a much better appreciation for perfume making.
